Watching him at training, he was training away from the main group (Romulo as well). Pretty much doing sprints, being timed and barely any ball work. Definitely nowhere near 100% fit, he looked absolutely dead by the end of it. Good news is I don't think it's his knee that's troubling him, it's more of a conditioning issue with him. But IMO he won't be playing tomorrow, of for another 2-3 weeks. Nowhere near the fitness levels of the main group.

While for me it is also nothing serious being reported, I am only saying that I won't be surprised if we do sell him. You on the other hand is totally convinced that we won't sell him because that will make Marotta look good. The pathetic thing though is, if we do sell him you will find a way to defend Marotta.
The irony

Actually I am kinda worried on Vidal's health...

I mean, he didn't follow medical instructions and 1 month after operating the knee he was training and playing.

At WC he looked like he was playing 30% of his capacity.

At this situation, what should Juve do? I mean, did his antecipation on playing affected the result of the operation somehow? Is it possible that his knee isn't 100pc and he should do another surgery?

I don't know if 1 month rest will make his knee brand new again, like it should be if he followed the medical orders. I really am kind of worried. We should assess the situation ASAP and if he isn't comfortable with his knee, just do what it takes and give him as much rest as he needs.

If Marotta the great leader wanted to sell Vidal, he would be monitoring or negotiating with various players we can only afford with such sale.
He isnt doing that, so he doesnt want to sell him, and we wont sell at the end to get a big sum in the bank, and a significantly weakened team

These stupid rapports of "vidal trains out of the main group" also need to be fucking understood properly. He is recovering from fucking knee surgery, and the abuse of the Chile national team who were playing him when not fully recovered.
Offcourse he"ll train apart, and avoid physical contact.

Was it an awesome rock you were living under, when juventus was fucking pissed off when the Chile national travesty was rushing vidal and fielding him far earlyer then he should have played ?

Its the chile national travesty that didnt follow clear instructions from our medical team. Not vidal.

I'm not putting him at fault or anything.

We did the same with him, he should have had this surgery before. He was clearly fucked up against Benfica.

Also being the warrior he is, of course he would be willing to play the WC. There's not much that could have been done in that situation. It is what it is. The focus of my post is definitely not pointing out who is the guilty one for this situation. Juventus wanted to use him, Chile wanted the same and he wanted to play. Nothing to do about it. I'm talking about the future, not the past.

Juve is paying his salary and tried him against benfica yes, but then surgery

And we are now giving him a long rest.

Chile however, got a half injured played still recovering, and just played him far to early, knowing he'd never say no

We are just as much at fault as the Chile NT in this case.

Both us playing him in spring and Chile playing him during the WC were completely understandable, with the price of him not being on optimal fitness levels right now.

Playing a player with an slumbering injury is not uncommon, especially if he has surgery soon afterwards

Playing a player who is recovering from surgery far to early, is insane and asking for trouble.

believe me, i got experience with both and the second is far more dangerous and has bigger consequences, especially in vidals injury

Shut up.

We played him while being injured against Sassuolo when the league was already in the bag. You're clueless as usual.

Hey do you guys remember the time when van der Vaart held up a Juve and Valencia shirt and then signed for Madrid the year after? Yeah...

We are monitoring the player, and we offcourse pay his salary. If our medical staff tought it was a risk worth taking then they can totally do that.
As ive said a bit later, wich you offcourse didnt mention, is that playing controlled with a slumbering injury, is one thing.

However, getting rushed from recovery and playing FAR sooner then allowed, is many times worse. And its especially bad considering Chile isnt playing his salaries and clearly couldnt care less cause they didnt need him that much for another 2 years.

Fuck I completely forgot about that

This saga reminds me of ours with Aguero, a lot of people commenting on it but it never even being close.
