He played well for Fiorentina last season. Problem is his wage. If its affordable for some mid table club, he will easily be sold or loaned after last season
With 6m gross, as reported by Pedulla, the only mid table teams that can afford him are in EPL.

Okay so there are plenty of countries that has market open for a couple more days to ship his ass:
Brazil Sep 2
Netherlands Sep 2
Portugal Sep 2
Saudi Arabia Sep 2
Turkiye Sep 13

But he's a fucking idiot and will reject everything, I can see that by looking at his face

I’d assume Saudi or Turkiye are his only realistic options in terms of teams that can actually afford his wages or even a low transfer fee, but we don’t know if he wants to move there, whereas going back to Brazil seems like a more probable choice only that we’ll likely have to accept a loan and help them with the wages.

Arthur has been placed on the #UCL list by Juventus because the club is considering plan B: he remains on the transfer list but, if he doesn’t leave, he could be reinstated in the squad. No chance of that happening for Kostic: either sold or stay at the club for a year and train separately from the group. @GiovaAlbanese #Juventus

this makes some sense because with Arthur you could at least see something Motta would value; his ability to protect the ball and his passing. Kostic has nothing in his skill set for Motta.

So Arthur is a good player that can help us and is an upgrade over Fagioli, but Giuntoli couldnt get rid of him, despite desperately wanting to.

Either Giuntoli sucks as a sporting director (both in terms of talent evaluation or being able to sell players) or our fans are fucking clueless.

if you're asking me what is more accurate, Giuntoli stinks at his job or most Juve fans are stupid, my answer would be "yes"
