Arthur Melo has been given the OK to return to training after his examinations showed a very good recovery. The midfielder is expected to return to training within the week. He is expected to return for the match against Roma on October 17.

Allegri will love his work-rate and defensive ability.

Do y'all think he can succeed here? Under Maxx?

How would you fit him into the current side?

Tek

Cuads - Bonucci - De Ligt - AS

Chiesa - Locatelli - Arthur - Berna

Dybs - Morty

Could it work?

At least he has good control and can make accurate short passes. Thats better than what we saw against Spezia
I'd be willing to bet that we won't see that line-up a single time this season.

Concerned about him staying healthy but wouldn't mind a midfielder who can hold his own, keep possession and play alongside locatelli. Better than having others who run like headless chickens, or don't run at all.

Within the context of our miserable and lame midfield, he’s not the worst. I’ll give him that. He actually has composure on the ball which is better than most.
