Amsterdam, Netherlands - The case against Robin van Persie (accused of rape) is likely to be dismissed, according to his lawyer Moskowicz. The testimony of the girl that accused him and the alledged evidence are all rapidly falling apart.

Yesterday in the court-room in Rotterdam, the most important testimonies were heard. The testimony of the alledged victim was particularly interesting, as her story in court was significantly different from her initial reports.

"Her story wasn't very... consistent, to say the least", Mosckowicz explained, "This case is clearly developing to the advantage of my client Van Persie, who's innocence is unlikely to be harmed."

Apart from inconsistency and unclearness, the alledged victim's testimony was highly contradicting in its own, completely destroying whatever little 'evidence' the accusers brought forward.

Van Persie and his lawyer have not yet looked into the possibilities of sueing the other party for 'defamation of character'. The accusing party was not available for commentary.
