Pedretti has signed for Marseille (a Juve target), Deschamps is wanted by Chelsea and they are offering him 3.2 million compared to the 1 million a season offered by Juve. Real Madrid have made an offer of 15 million euro for Gilardino. Emerson prefers a move to Real Madrid or to stay with Roma if they extend his contract.

so are we going to lose out on all this, is Juve losing its appeal to players & managers

i am disappointed pedretti has been snapped up,and deschamps will find roman's cash more tempting,no doubt.

however by making other buys we can even things up,i'm sure.mexes, ferrari, burdisso, cave and zlatan are all available, and remember, always, always take tribalfootball with a huge pinch of salt.

hardly anything is decided:)

well, pedretti was never joining. and besides, i think emerson is possible. deschamps will lower his wage to join juve. gilardino to real?? LOL...yeah, he can join ronaldo, morientes, raul, guti and whoever else they wanna buy to conceed goals:D

relax abit...the season has just finished. no one is going anywhere yet.

I don't think we have much to worry about. Deschamps is Juventino down to the bone, Gilardino is a Juve fan, and a whole cast of players including Hatem Trabelsi, Sebastien Squillaci, Patrice Evra, Jerome Rothen and Diego want to play for us.

Apparently we're pretty close to Emerson, and even if we do miss out on him, that isn't that big of a deal is it? Maresca will be just as good as him if not better when he developes.

Another point is.....is it better that our coach is Prandelli or Deschamps

Prandelli would demand Gila,Marchionni,Ferarri and Deschamps would require purchase of Rothen,Evra,Mexes,Morientes(in that case,Gila would have no problem in joining Real specially if known that Ronaldo is very close to Chelsky).

And when will that be? Another 5-6 years? another 2-3 loan-out seasons?
Yeah if we buy Emerson then it will take that long time, but if he is a first team regular then he will be superb already next season.

I expected this. It is a free market and clubs make bids. It would've been naive to expect that no other team will want Gilardino, or Pedretti, or Emerson.

All we have left... is to wait.

He is decent....but his overall skills are miles and miles behind Emersons.....thats the fact
it may be a FACT that emerson is better, but maresca is already showing the potential of a legend.even if he doesn't improve anymore he could walk straight into the first XIs of half of the top teams in europe.

emerson is by no means "miles and miles" ahead.
