i don't think turkey has an eu limit, but they must have a minimum number of players in their squad eligible for their national team. and i don't see why we need to free up an EU spot, cuz we don't have that many non eu players.

Yes that means someone from the non-eu players of Galatasaray has to leave otherwise they cant field Almiron. They have to field an amount of Turkish players in the line up I guess

There is no non-eu limit in Turkiye but you can have 7 + 1(sub) foreigners in squad.

Arda is not a natural winger btw.He is not too fast.
