According to Turkish sports daily Fotospor, Italian giants AC Milan and Juventus are observing Galatasaray's star 21-years old midfielder Arda Turan. After his two goal performance and display of play-making abilities in the group stage of EURO 2008, Arda began to appear on the radar of many big European clubs.

Most recently the young Turkish national was being scouted by Arsenal which is said to have a 12 million euros offer rejected by Galatasaray. However, recent rumors linking AC Milan with a 20 million euros offer and Juventus with a 10 million euros plus Almiron in exchange for Turan have Galatasaray executives rethinking their strategy.

Milan do not want to pay 20m for Ronaldinho, 10m for Boruc in situation when they desperately need a keeper, nor do they want to pay 25-30m for some top class attackers even if they do need an attacker.
You really think they'll pay 20m eur for a midfielder, considering how the midfield is the only part of the team they don't need to reinforce ?

My turkish friends have been talking about this kid all year long and he's proven himself as a huge talent and great potential in the last 2 EURO matches.
Could become a great player in the future.
