If Nuri Sahin, Mesut Ozil or even Hamit Altintop play for Real Madrid, Arda can play anywhere. I've been watching them since 2005 when Turkey U-17 played against Brazil u-17 on World Cup final.

If Nuri, Mesut, Hamit were playing in Turkey, even though they are good enough to play for Madrid, Real Madrid weren't gonna buy them. So your point would be, "If they're so good, why didnt any big team buy them?"
