I downloaded the first part (100 MB) in less than a minute, but rapishare servers wont let me download more, right away,
i get the classic waiting message:

"You have reached the download-limit for free-users. Want to download more?
Get your own Premium-account now! Instant download-access! (Or wait 100 minutes) "

There are four more parts to go, ill download one more tonight (its already 01:15 here) and the other 3 tomorrow, i hope you are not in a hurry...

When i was "younger" and not so torrent dependent, i had a few ways to bypass the waiting times. One was fake premium account, the other was faking IP, the other was an automated system/program that auto-arranged the parts in the queue...etc etc
However, none of my tricks work anymore, does anyone knows, any valid/modern ones??

Everytime i disconnect i get a different IP
Is there a chance it will work ?
Because i see it allows me to download the second part after i connected with another IP and 20 minutes ago it didn't allow me to download again, with the previous IP.

I'm on a cable internet connection, I just unplug the modem from the power and plug it back in and it assigns me a new address, let's me download withpout waiting, i assume it's the same with adsl.

It's ok Cronios, you dont have to bother or try so much, you've already helped more than enough. I dont want to bother you any more :)

Yes, it allows you to download, immediately with different IP, do it:xfinger:

Some ADSL connections allow multiple IPs, especially the ones involving corporations, my ISP only provides a certain IP, i cant change it! (legally)
and this is what usually happens, dial up connections were automatically given new IPs:sick:

Cronios, Alen, who ever is doing this. When you are extracting something on winrar and it gives you the message that certain volume(s) are missing, leave that window open, open VLC player and drag one of the video files already extracted (wherever you're having them extracted to) and it should play.

I have greek friends in Bologna, but I guess there are also greek members here, so there shouldn't be a problem.

BTW, Zlatan, for all the differences we have had I think you were an okay mod. I shouldn't have been so hard on you back then.

Did you know that Andy and Snoop might not come back to the forums??:shifty:

What is exactly the part you dont understand?

-Right click the rar part you downloaded

    -press Winrar-> extract here

-Then a new video file is produced, in the same folder with the rar part, named (ng_megastructures_10_ultimate_oil_rigs.mpg)

-the message"Next volume is required" appears,on the rar window, ignore it!!!

IMPORTANT, not to press "ok" neither "cancel"

-Now right click on this new video file

-press open with-> VLC media player
