Fact is Conte is a serie B coach - FACT even worse an amateur coach - FACT and is either the same level as delneri,or if not worse IMO. So if anyone guys wants conte/or is happy with getting Conte as coach, they must also be fans of Delneri:tup:
Lippi started his career in lower divisions with Pontedera, Siena, Pistoiese and Carrarese. Does that make him a Serie C coach?

Conte gets paid to be a coach.

Therefore he is a professional coach.

Therefore your claim he is an amateur coach is not a fact.

Every coach needs to start from somewhere, and they all need to learn how to do things right.

dont judge conte to soon, he might have potential.

one could argue we should stop giving promising coaches a chance and take an expirienced one.
but, del neri was "expirienced" and had just led samp to championsleague

coach-manager-board

they should be working as a unit, thats far better then having an awsome coach with the wrong players and not the ones he needs

Yes, Ferrera, remember him? great potenial:sergio: you guys probably said, "he does have enough "experience". delneri? you don't replace a serie B coach to bring in a second rate loser who has won in his career:lol:

I don't remember lippi being a Serie B before joining us, and he was managing a Serie A club in Napoli, and finished 6th:sergio: great logic:sergio:
Look who's talking about logic

But Lippi just like Conte, maybe even worse, started coaching lower division clubs earlier in his career, does that make him a Serie C coach forever? Don't forget that you provided us with FACTS about Conte!

If conte gets this team, is backed with the players he needs, likely 2 fullbacks, bastos and perhaps aguero to top it off

he will do better then del neri

not because he is better, i dont know who is better

but del neri basically got the promise to play 4-4-2 with wingers, regista and cdm, and great striker
and ended up starting the season without a left winger, with no serie a worthy striker cause adp and quag are ss, and soon with an overplayed regista and rightwinger because the backup failed

if del neri had vargas, dzeko, and krasic a month earlyer, we had championsleague
and he was promised he'd have them

Delneri is even better a coach than Conte:lol: I guess this what they meant by "Project" hire dud coaches one after another. Ranieri, Delneri, Ferrerra, Conte - Man, Milan, Inter etc must be quaking in their boots:lol:

hnece look at mourinho

real promised him funds for maicon, chiellini and de rossi, but instead he got nothing, and couldnt rely on his defensive unit as he allways had before.

just imagine

casilias

maicon-pepe-chiellini-ramos
----de rossi-alonso
di maria-ozil- cronaldo
-----higuain

they won only a coppa, thats what you get for not backing the coach
however ,because mou is god in a trainingsuit, he still managed significant improvement tho

He's gonna need a lot more than Bastos? he is'nt even close to being a world class player, otherwise if players like these, a past it & injury pirlo, i can see people calling for his head very quick:lol: Aguero, i.e. world class players he does need, at least one can rely on thier talent/ and match winners otherwise expect another season like this if not worse:wink:

I don't know about worse, but I really don't rate Leonardo.

He doesn't seem to make any effort to organise his team or set them out with a plan.

He just puts out some good players and hopes that is enough to win games (and at Milan and Inter, that is enough to win most games).

Can't wait until he flops like Ferrara did, and bunch oh the guys who wanted him here start calling him CUnte...

Still I hope I'll be wrong about this prediction...
