Sorry, my policy is that I'll only support managers when they prove they deserve my support. I support and love Conte the player, but as a manager, he's just some random person.

Chances of him failing are relatively high.
Exactly:tup: one of the most retarded reasons as why you would appoint someone as your coach, "he's a legend" "give him a chance" wtf?:sergio:

That's an odd approach.

Why not say you hope he does well, but he probably won't?
It's completely rational. It goes without saying, as a supporter of the club, that we hope he does well. Saying it isn't going to increase the chances of it happening, that's as retarded as believing in a flying saucer God.

But saying that he has to earn your support suggests you aren't going to wish him well until he starts to do well, if you know what I mean.

The thing is, he could turn out to be great for us. Whatever the chances for that are, we can not afford to take that gamble again. Do they not think of the fans who most likely will have to go through another devastating season?

The fans are to blame if Conte fails. Same fans who sang his name from January will ask for Marotta and Agnelli's heads.

So that means that even if we hire me as manager, you have to support me?

    Sorry, that's bullshit.
I wouldn't support the decision to appoint you, because you have no track record.

As soon as you were in the position, I would go with an open mind until I saw what you could do, while hoping you did well.

In the same way I don't hold anything against Pepe because other people made a poor decision to buy him, I won't hold it against Conte that the same people in charge have made another poor choice.

Why cant we ever get a proper coach, worthy of sitting on JUVENTUS bench??
Why do we always have to pay them 1.5mil/season??
Just sell Amauri and bring in a 5-10 mil coach!

Our owners just dont want us ever become competitive again, its so obvious, that it has became disgusting!
Not even day dreamers will support such stupid notion again, after the failures of no ones again and again and again!!

Its outrageous that the fans dont react vs that. I doubt that they are stupid enough to let their nationalism and love for a former player, condemn, with certainty, our future!
I just cannot how can they tolerate such an act, how can they tolerate that we concede our rebuilt, even before the new season starts, after a disastrous 5 year plan?

Exactly:tup: We need a world class/winner coach i.e. Ancelotti/Van Gaal. But if we plan on hiring guys like Conte, Masarti, we might aswell stick with Delshit, cause thier more or less of the same ilk, and getting rid of delshit to bring in one of those two would be a sideways move:sergio: might as well give delshit world class players like Pastore/Herananes/Aguero/Sanchez to work with. Cause we have'nt got a single world class outfield player

It's mostly to do with the decision itself, but I'm not going to start defending DN because somebody else was stupid enough to give him the job. Support means to back, and I can't back someone whom shouldn't have been given the job in the first place.

Having a World-Class team normally starts with having a World-Class coach I'd imagine... maybe Conte has the potential to become a really excellent coach. As a Juve fan, I can only hope that he does become great with us as a coach and not become another version of Ferrara for instance. I won't get my hopes up or expect too much from him, but i hope that he'll prove himself a good addition next year this time.

Well, hopefully we play some entertaining football for once. I just wanna see some chemistry between the players and good ball movement for now.

Can anybody who is bashing Conte please enlighten me about the magnificent achievements of the likes of Lippi, Guardiola, Villas Boas and Mourinho prior to engagement by the clubs with whom they first won trophies?
