Exactly We need a world class/winner coach i.e. Ancelotti/Van Gaal. But if we plan on hiring guys like Conte, Masarti, we might aswell stick with Delshit, cause thier more or less of the same ilk, and getting rid of delshit to bring in one of those two would be a sideways move might as well give delshit world class players like Pastore/Herananes/Aguero/Sanchez to work with. Cause we have'nt got a single world class outfield player

It's mostly to do with the decision itself, but I'm not going to start defending DN because somebody else was stupid enough to give him the job. Support means to back, and I can't back someone whom shouldn't have been given the job in the first place.

Having a World-Class team normally starts with having a World-Class coach I'd imagine... maybe Conte has the potential to become a really excellent coach. As a Juve fan, I can only hope that he does become great with us as a coach and not become another version of Ferrara for instance. I won't get my hopes up or expect too much from him, but i hope that he'll prove himself a good addition next year this time.
