Why the facepalm?

He's good and we need him now. Tomorrow will be the decisive day it seems. Loan with the rights to buy.

Sounds great IMO.
it will be a good addition i think. i haven't seen the guy but most people say that he can play as a CM and a AM. so he will be a good candidate for camo's position when he is injured or tired.
:snoop: sorrt i thought he was a CM/DM position player. If he can fill these positions then itll be a good deal. But has he been consistent ??

He did very good so far, loan deal sounds prefect.

His position is like Aquilani's if it helps. CM but he can go up front and take more offensive role. Tiago left and Poulsen is injured, we could use him.

well we need more cm's, if he can play as winger its a bonus i guess.

sad thing is that we only got him because lippi rates him.

Dusko, its that foregone? I said it would be easy to get him, but this is quick.

He isnt very offensive, so dont expect him to be (nor good enough impact player off the bat). But as Dusko mentionned, if you want a reference point, Aquilani type is a good point, expect he is more versatile, can fill in to the wing if necessary, in general is a dynamic multi-tasking midfielder.

Just FYI, does anyone remember the Livorno-Juve game, where Livorno gave us needless amount of trouble? (we won with decisive finishing 2-0, but far from easy) First time I saw him outside the Azzurrini (Serie B player before), and I was impressed in that game, he was their regista, and created everything for them. Here's highlights, notice who is behind the Livorno bits of the highlights (even if this doesnt show much, simple passes and moves cant fit into it):

Thats nice to hear Dusko :)

Alessandro, come off it, I like Albin, but Candreva is better then him.

And yes its a risk, but may I ask how often you seen him to be so sure he is average? The same guys to the dude who facepalmed in last page.

You know what? You two, and several are fickle fans, will be the first to overrate the fuck out of Candreva after seeing (or just hearing about) few good performances of him (preferely, or most importantly in our shirt).

I seen the same happen to Rannocchia (and many others), he went from unknown Azzurrini/Serie B player, and one people would "facepalm" if mentionned, to playing against Inter in first rounds of the league, and few weeks later suddenly being someone to eagerly want based on hype (I get if you seen him, but doubt most have, atleast back then).

the keyword is LOAN, I mean there is very little risk if this transfer does happen. If he does a good job during the next few months, we buy him and if he doesn't then we don't

Foggia loan, was sadly never a possibility me thinks.

If we can, we should do it while they still have Ballardini as coach (can be fired any time now), because he is utterly neglecting Foggia.
