Sure he could improve, if he was a regular starter for a couple of years.

The instinct of urgency is something great players come with. Its hard to be induced.

Nah man....this is insulting. There's been lots of black players that have spoken about being made to run like sled dogs and have higher expectations in their athletic performance due to their race. Even when being black doesnt mean that you will instantly be godlike, black peeps in general have strong bodies. Not everyone but most of them.Theres also pro olympics athletes..and most of those who rule the speed disciplines are superior black mambas.
