Thanks guys, I made some progress there ! 
With the help of Launcher pro apps, mClock and a little Photoshop, that is what I create today :
Home page (With a 2 pages dock, First dock with only app drawer on it, and second)
Left desktop
Right desktop
I'm still working on it, Apps and games are not yet organised, I need to gather all of the icons first. but I like the minimal look now

Sheik, I have a huge problem. After I updated to GB, my smart dialer seems to be broken. When I start tapping numbers, no contacts start filtering out, then delete what I tapped and press on the info field and it gives me info about smart dialing. I start the process again and nothing happens, erase the numbers, tap on the info, I get the info, I remove the message telling me how smart dialing is and then it works as it should. It looks like a hickup but I am out of ideas on how to solve it.

Since this is an official update, you'll need to wait for HTC to release a fix for that. I suggest you call Customer Service. Worse case, you might have to reset the phone. Worst case, replacement. Good luck.

Yep, the video about custom docks was how I manage to created mine. I bookmarked the website, there are a lot of useful things in it which im gonna read and watch later. thanks again.

Main screen, left screen and lockscreen. Would love to yellow up those notification bar icons but I don't think it's possible without CM7 and Theme Chooser.

Sensation is a great phone. But in terms of modding and rooting, it has a locked bootloader, so modding it will be pretty difficult.

Nope. I see that I need A2SD+ for that. I need to get a bigger SD card before I do that. Also, I don't have much time these days to play with my phone, I'd rather spend that time playing Crysis
That's nice, I kinda like Text icons myself. was my first choice but then I changed my mind. maybe after a while when I get tired of the current I go for texts
And the unlock thing, is it WidgetLocker ? How do you make it like this ? can you put skins for unlock pattern (the password replacement) too ?

When I bought the phone you said the internal memory on Desire is low. I didn't care that much, but now it starts bothering me.
There is not enough space on memory and moving them to SD has it's own problems. for examples everytime I connect phone as USB Drive, the icons of apps that are in SD go back to their original !
And the unlock thing, is it WidgetLocker ? How do you make it like this ? can you put skins for unlock pattern (the password replacement) too ?
