So my brother bought himself a Xperia x8, he is not into phones but liked this one. But the problem is that it doesn't vibrate when he is browsing the phone. It did the first few days and all of the sudden the vibration is gone. There is nothing in settings which we can turn on either. I asked on the Android forum but no reply

Bapedroid by x-spirit

What do I need to do ? how can I have dock like the one in the first pic ? Do I have to root my phone for these kind of customization ? how can I use themes, changes icons or fonts ?

Don't know about the 1st, but the 2nd pic lists the apps used in the comments.

1 Custom made font pack
42 icons (a mod of the iconSweets pack)
7 wallpapers

Apps used: WidgetLocker, SwitchPro, LauncherPro, mClock, GO SMS.

I'm pretty sure you can reproduce that look with LauncherPro and mClock. You might need to look for the appropriate icons for the LauncherPro docks, which you can get from the LauncherProIcons app.
