Did you see the HTC Sensation? and the sexy Sense 3.0?

I hope we get Sense 3.0 with the coming upgrade.

I've decided to become an LG fanboy. They're phones are great and fairly priced. My next phone will be Optimus 2X.

Their support is still a big question mark though. The only problem Im facing with Samsung is the slow support for Android and it's a bitch really. There's a plus though, and its with the easily cracked boot loaders those manufacturers opt to install so they have a bright developing future while as other manufactures started complicating that, Moto for example.

I'm pretty certain that the Incredible S will get such an update.
I think all the Desires will get it too. But to think of it, the Incredible S and the Desire S owners will feel totally blown if they don't get GB and Sense 3.0 because HTC released the new system just a month after they released the S handsets.

I think you should give HTC a try, I am not saying that LG are not good but HTC have been in the phone market for so long that they are doing a great job, especially software wise. I had Sense on my old Magic and got bored of it, the Sense I am using on IS now is something totally different and the upcoming one is just a sex bomb. They are taking the open source thing to the next level just like Ubuntu did with Linux.

Samsung do not have a slow support for Android as they are the ones supplying the Google device. Look at the SGS 2, it's even better than Nexus S, the official Android device.

Yes they do. Look I've had this Galaxy S for 3 months now and my father had one for 8, and I can safely say no other manufacturer out there had a slower Android update than us. We had eclair up till december when other devices had the modified 2.2.1, and we got the Froyo. Which btw, was a complete shit to our device. Very slow and barely functional at times with a lousy battery life.

If it wasn't for the devs at xda this phone of mine would've been crap really. Oh and Jack, the only reason SGSII is still to hit the market all around the globe is because the programmers at samsung can't get a proper GB working on that yet, so I don't know how you compared it to the Nexus.

I have no idea, its been slow for the past three-four days and turning it off didn't help.

Turned it off today and when I turned it on they were gone. Really weird.
Make sure they're not saved on your sim.
