Damn, the Desire's here have already dropped in price significantly. Before the Desire was around 1500kn with a 24 month contract, now it's like 600kn. The DHD now costs as much as Desire before, 1500kn.

Go SMS is AWESOME. I hated the original SMS app, I had to delete most of my private texts because most people are fucking nosy and keep reading my texts when I allow them to use my phone. Go SMS has a brilliant privacy setting, and you need to enter a code or a pattern to use the app.

Wait, why do you want to remove the fm radio app? And if you remove adw launcher, what home screen launcher will you use? Cos I don't think CM has the stock Android launcher.
If you removed adw it would go to stock , looked it up. I already removed the fm radio (would never use) but kept adw because of a theme. 2nd day on gingerbread bout to take it out see how it runs on a regular day. Only annoying thing is how my contacts all won't sync like they used to (facebook pics) . And the unlock pattern in solid anyways to change it to the transparent one?

Hey Sheik, you seem to be a very smart man when it comes to technology (unlike me :p) so I have a question for ya. I got a X8 wih a 2gb micro sd, and I want to upgrade it, coz I can't fit all my music in it (got about 12gb of music on laptop) and I'm thinking of buying a 16gb sd card but I've been told by few people that it would slow down my phone, is that true?

I have a 16Gb card myself which replaced my 2Gb stock card. Didn't see any performance issues there. What you said holds good for Nokia phones with Symbian on it, not Android. Though I'd suggest you buy a Class 4 and above SD card. Higher class of memory cards are more expensive, but have higher read\write speed. This will come in handy especially when recording 720p videos or any high resolution video on your phone as you won't see any frames skipping in the video.
