I mostly focus on the processor and camera quality, so I would say any phone with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor is a great choice.
Valid point.
I hate those websites and YouTubers who biasedly rate their favorite phones. Just want to grab money and gain views. What I need is discover a trusted and knowledgeable person (not someone who just wants to advocate for a brand or takind side of a smartphone in particular) to provide accurate info on phones through testing them directly and share the results.
a glance at Snapdragon test.

With the camera, I'd check the blind test, comparing mobile phone photos without knowing which photo was taken from which phone's camera and finally checking the results to see which images received the most votes. I think camera is the most important thing and normally people spend a lot of money on it, to me I love shooting street photography scenes, at this point almost all phones in the same range would offer that to me and if i want a phone with high quility camera i think i should go for flagships.

I've used Sony phones exclusively for the past 20 years. Their hardware is excellent and reliable, but I'm leaving because of really poor software support. Also, others really refresh the UI so phones feel new, but not Sony. Personally I go for a flagship or even a year old flagship because you know that the processor will handle major updates without issue. An older flagship camera will always be better than any new midrange phone too. Because I have a laptop with me all the time, I prefer small flagship phones. Right now a 512gb Galaxy S25 is around £750 on Amazon, which is already more capable than the new Pixel 10 Pro. I'll probably pull the trigger once I see the new Oneplus since most of the Chinese phones will be similar in terms of internals.

Blind test? Is it a website? I am interested in knowing how the camera of the latest red magic phone (10 Pro+?) fares to other good phones.

Few years back when I was a phone enthusiast I usually load GSMarena and check the renew and analysis that was provided, test blind conducted yearly that they have stopped since 2015. This site give the option of the test but i don't know how reliable are the data and results.

On paper if you compare phones in the same range, for example flagships with each others or a mid-range Galaxy to a mid-range Pixel, they sound pretty much the same, the system, sound quality, camera, and other features are almost the same. Differences in their performance and function due to system integration and assembly engineering. Like cameras, the clarity and resolution of images taken from phones, especially in the dark or at long distances, varies greatly, or the naturalness of the colors in the images. Surly, more expensive smartphones(especially flagship phones) will offer you to take better photos. But you need skill to take great photos. You can get good images with a cheap phone(a mid-range phone). Right now, not enough finances for a smartphone with a decent camera, but I believe that photographer is more important than the camera.

Funny thing, I would’ve went Sony some years ago however my Wife wants our phones to be connected to our iCloud and whenever we misplace a phone we can locate it with ease.
Sony supplies the camera lenses to other phone manufacturers and Sony made a lot of world's firsts innovation in the smartphone industry that are now using by other brands. Samsung features and a number of other brands have ripped off from Sony but they have surpassed it in the global smartphone market.

I need a good phone camera for my business accounts on social media.

And Android has been trash for this.
The quality of camera fairly has nothing to do with OS, iOS is definitely not as far ahead as you think it to be . If the camera is priority for you I'd suggest to keep an eye on Vivo x200 Ultra and Vivo x100 Ultra. Google Pixel 9a is also an option that you can consider.
Take look at this article.

Social media apps like Instagram were made with Apple in mind though and photos and videos upload so much better than they do from any android.

If I'm wrong please tell me what phones are as good if not better for this.

I don't care about what phone has the best camera I want the best camera for social media.
