morata didn't do nothing to help the team today. he choked hard.

it's not his fault. This choker mentality was installed by allegri, and cotinued on from sarri and pirlo.

for this team to succeed, we need to let go of the old guard and bring in a foreign coach
What you need to do is shove that dildo back up your ass so you don’t spill your bullshit all over the place.

I’d prefer we move on from this and hire an experienced top-level coach, but if we do keep Pirlo we need to set him up for success by investing in our mid and our FB position.

Renew the 10 mil loan for Morata, see how the Dybala-Morata partnership works, we can always choose not to buy him after next season, but we can’t afford to fix our mid and buy someone like Haaland this summer. So save that decision for the next Mercato.

Sell Ronaldo and Sandro. And a couple mids for whatever we can get. Sign Locatelli + one world class mid. Sign a top LB. And a cheap CF backup for Morata. Also get a young CB as a backup for De Ligt/Bonucci/Demiral as Chiellini is rarely available.

Hopefully this gets us back to our winning ways. If we keep him, give Pirlo till end of CL group stage/ winter break to get the team performing and if he can’t move on.

To be honest, I don't know what the style is. It's definitely not Italian. A standard Italian coach would have crushed Porto.

Our backline is organized like Sunday league so that's probably the antithesis of Italian.
All of the above is cold hard facts. The question for Pirlo is, why implement this joke of a hybrid? Why start off by complicating things before you even have a feel for your squads balance?
Conte came in, drilled a very simple 352 setup. So simple, that we have known for years exactly the way he is going to play, yet it's effective, why, because the players sweat and blood are the x factor, covering ground and grinta. Max approach is also closer to what the definition of Juve is and should reflect.
Why let Pirlo continue this soft/overcomplicated approach nonsense? Got to get back to our roots, I remember a time when teams went down 1-0 to us, they knew they'd lose that 2 legged tie by that one goal. I rather win 1-0 then lose 4-4.

no more defense minded and back passes.

we need to give pirlo the attack titan so he learns that to win games he must always keep attacking.

Guys. Just imagine With this much experience he has gathered since his start with us. We suddenly go back at the beginning of the season.

Do you think we would have won Porto if we play against them once again this season?

How about league? Every thing starts from beginning once again. Would we be higher on the table?

I think answering to thess questions really help us to know what to expect from mangment and their decisions.
I think we drop less points in the league and potentially win it and the Porto clash is still 50/50. But chances are this team will look a lot different next season looking at the balance sheet of the club and the unwarranted wages of a lot of players, so it won't be the same as restarting this season. Unless he turns it around and manages at least a real fight for Scudetto, I think (and hope) Pirlo is gone

Well if we don't sack him, all my suspicions and fears of becoming the new United will become true. The same United who are happy and content finishing in top 4 and get embarrassed in Europe.

He's going to be our Ole.

Absolutely loathe this bias towards ex players(legends). This applies for both Nedved and Pirlo. How hard is it to hire professionals based on merit and their body of work ffs ?!

I literally feel sick after last night. I'm too old for this shit.

The fuck was our management thinking when hiring a guy with 0 days as a coach? We are one of the top European clubs. Still I can't comprehend this. It seems unreal even now.

Check his interview. He said he wouldn't change anything if he could do it again.

Should be sacked and we need new coach with "normal" ideas. Seems like even he doesnt understand his tactics so how can players understand it.
We are team made for 433, but he is too good to use this tactics. There are some options free - Valverde, Leonardo Jardim, even Spaletti would be better,

I want to be angry with him, but those 4 goals that we conceded, it’s unmanageable. Really the team effort that let us down in these matches.

One of our biggest problems is our concentration in the first 30 minutes of basically every game. We always need to wake up the hard way. We should address is, maybe with a mental coach or something.
