A mental move but sometimes crazy decisions pay off.

It seems the Sarri disaster has cash strapped us. I just hope he has a really experienced and talented support staff. Lippi would be ideal. I also hope he is a strong enough character not to let his personal relationships with former teammates influence his decisions.

The other day I was just thinking to myself when Pirlo was appointed under 23 manager "he really doesn't seem like the type of guy to be a successful manager", a few days later he is in the top job in Italian football

I want Agnelli to say to Pirlo: "Maestro, our midfield sucks. Which two players do you think can improve it the most?"
If Pirlo won't know who are the best midfielders we can buy, noone will.

I'm actually excited :weee:

Incredible player, incredibly nice guy, loves the club by all accounts, wish him all the best.

I just can't wrap my head around how he's supposed to outsmart the best coaches of today with zero practical knowledge and one man in his own staff. Romance is all good and nice, it'd be an unbelievable story if he becomes a top coach, but I'm certainly not lowering my standards because he's a rookie. He'll face the same challenges and same expectations as any other coach. I truly hope he succeeds.

Good luck.:)

I feel rather sad for Pirlo having to watch Matuidi in training on a daily basis

Nervous, but what we really can do is to support him
Hopefully he can be great for us

This is Zidane history as manager, he even not convincing enough as Manager for RM Castilla (their B team) with only 1.57 ppg
But he made it at great stage
