Marchisio - Vidal

Krasic - Quag - Vucinic - Elia

That would be more like United in this "4-2-4". All the players need to be very versatile.
I doubt it would look like that though. United's wingers can play as SS and on both wings if they want too. Krasic and Elia, not so much. They basically have 4 support strikers in there.

I think we'll have a very lively team though, that's why I'm looking forward to the season, it will at least be enjoying to watch the games, unlike under Delneri.

These days, half the game is workrate. The beauty of Ferguson, Mourinho, LVG (sometimes) is that they can their most important forwards to work both ways (Ronaldo, Rooney, Eto, Nani, Robben, etc).

Conte's battle will be to do the same(without having a big reputation).
It's also another reason he wants so many wingers/SS's. One starts slacking, he replaces them.

Nani,Rooney,Young- perennial finalists

Elia,Vucinic,Krasic - Good enough for serie A 3rd place.
that absolutely wont work, since neighter of those 3 is a profilic goalscorer.

we got the players for an offensive 4-4-2 and should play it
we definatly should stop comparing to this stupid 4-3-3 fap because crapselona and holland play it.

modern football is 4-2-3-1, of whatever suits with the players you have
4-3-3 only works if you have a retarded crapload of offensive talent, and the ability to go billions in dept.

Neither are Nani or Young, at least not consistently.

Liability in a 4-4-2 or not? What do you guys think?
Maybe, depends on the strength of the winger besides him IMO

What a difference this team is when he's on the field, "The Architect" having a fantastic game. And I'm also surprise by his work rate in the first half, pressuring the opponents.
