Better first watch what he can do in Serie C first, if he cannot take U23 promotion to Serie B then he is not ready for Serie A

And we better let him grow and not force him too much
Some the best top coach in the world are midfielder (Zidane, Pep, Conte)
With his ability to read the game when he is a player, I think he will be great for us in the future
But we need to do it carefully, as to handle Juve come with big expectation and pressure

Does Agnelli and Pirlo understand how difficult this job will be? Ronaldo is crying, the team has won 9 titles, they're old, they need to rebuild and 2-3 teams look way better then they've ever done in Serie A. All of this put on somebody who started his coaching career last week.
