I don't want to fill our team with Italians, that's true, but the key point was that Rossi isn't a 'game-changer'. If we have the opportunity to sign a non-Italian SS, he should be better than G. Rossi, if not, then Rossi would be fine.

Nationality is relevant in this case because we do have a tendency to sign mediocre Italian players. We should be signing players based on merit, not nationality, but that's not what we're doing.

Pirlo should just shut the fuck up and mind his own business; that of playing consistently good football and trying to stay injury free. As for Rossi, yeah he is good, but nowhere near the kind of signing that is required to draw crowds and excite the fans, at least in my own humble opinion. He is 2 steps behind the likes of Aguero and Messi, and probably a notch below Sanchez, Neymar and even Pastore in terms of potential and appeal.

you cant seriously put aguero and messi in the same class? and im sorry to say but rossi is miles ahead of pastore in terms of consistency as shown this season.

I said in terms of potential and appeal. A signing that would excite the fans. Aguero is not as good as Messi, but then again no one is. Messi is in a class of his own, perhaps even a level above Ronaldo.
