Tbh I don't like him, it's not this one mistake but his overall play. I mean a guy with his talen, technical abilities could really become one of the best full backs jn the world. But thus guy is selfish and careless, he probably won't reach that level because of this

I like him but his decision making and selfish play is an issue.

I called it at half time that he was forcing too many passes in dangerous areas. Too often he was not picking the obvious option to try a dribble or pass that wasn't on. You have to accept some risk with players like him who are capable of opening teams up. But he needs to know when to do it. You are right, if he cannot learn when to pass and when to carry, particularly in dangerous areas, it will hold him back from reaching the next level.
