I accept that it is unlikely he will leave this summer but for a team with our ambitions he can't be anything ahead of 4th choice.
lol, ambitions. Our ambitions lies in the hand of the hypocrite Marotta who promises us champions but doesn't deliver and who's claiming that all big players want us.

Marotta was offered "a buget to sign pastore and aguero", was promised "120mil to spend this summer"

he made some claims in the media

then he got a fraction, and now cant live up to it.

you be an idiot and blame marotta

i'll be realistic, and blame the fucking board of fail

Barzagli explains Conte tactics

Andrea Barzagli has revealed what new Juventus boss Antonio Conte expects of his centre-backs.

Conte has replaced Gigi Del Neri in Turin and although he employs 4-4-2 tactics like the previous boss, the new man is keen on ball possession.

“We centre-backs must manage the ball more,” the 2006 World Cup winner noted.

“Although our main task is defending, we’ve been asked to not throw the ball away when we have it.

“The new tactical system is fun, but the main target is to achieve results and they seem to be coming.”

The Old Lady ended their pre-season tour of America earlier today with a 1-0 win over Chivas.

Barzagli will be fighting for a first team shirt against Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci in the campaign ahead.

Uruguay and Fenerbahce stopper Diego Lugano could also join them before 2011-12 kicks off.

Barzagli signed for the Turin giants in January from German club Wolfsburg.
