With an important Super Cup battle against Napoli edging ever closer, Juventus enjoyed a well-earned night off from their preparations at an event organised by Jeep, the club’s official sponsor, during which fans had the opportunity to meet and spend a fun evening alongside their heroes.
The ‘Meet&Greet’ initiative, for which over fifty supporters packed out one of the luxury meeting rooms at the Sheraton Hotel, saw Antonio Conte and his players treated to an incredible ovation, welcomed by ‘Fino alla fine forza Juventus’ and many other popular chants.
“It’s nice to come to the other side of the world and receive a great reception from the fans,” stated Leonardo Bonucci on behalf of the squad.
Players were then invited to take centre stage and answer questions from guests, before the roles were reversed when Claudio Marchisio took to the microphone to interview the fans. His question regarding the best game from last season had the room divided, with the polarised opinion proving the supporters’ true passion for the black and white colours.
After Andrea Pirlo and Gigi Buffon had received a special tribute depicting their names in Chinese, the Bianconeri were then asked to step up and put their skills to the test by hitting the target in front of an excited crowd.
