Ball never hit the ground.

My replays showed it pretty clearly touch the ground beside his hand and move in his arm as he rolled. He also had it hit the ground again once he rolled over and move before he stood up. Definitely not a completed catch as per the rules today in my opinion. The fact it got ruled incomplete on the field made it pretty hard to overturn regardless.
