it's basically analyzing historical trends and strategizing based on the point system of the league. There is so mucb literature and vids that will help you pick the players you want based on your strategy.

A good article about the chances of Brady in a federal court case. The NFLPA agreed to arbitration in the CBA, and it's highly unlikely a federal judge would be willing to even hear Brady and NFLPA's case. Opening arbitration up in that way to appeal would create a shitstorm in American courts never seen before.

The Patriots really only have themselves to blame for this. After Spygate, they should have done everything they could to cooperate with this investigation, Brady should have allowed his cellular communication over the few days around the scandal to be investigated, especially the large number of calls and texts he made with Jastremski, a major figure in this. Brady basically outright lied and said his large number of calls and texts to Jastremski in the few days after were made to see how Jastremski was holding up and to offer support, because Jastremski would be facing a media storm. Bullshit. The Patriots haven't even allowed proper access to Jastremski and McNally aside from brief interviews by Wells. They basically did their best to thwart any possibility a proper investigation could be made. The NFLPA and Pats refused to allow Jastremski and McNally to testify at the hearing. Brady destroyed his cellphone and had his lawyers tell Goodell he always did this with old phones, laughable with Wells finding the prior cell phone of Brady's wasn't destroyed. Brady lied and manipulated the truth and refused to cooperate through the whole process.
Fuck, it would have been more acceptable to hear that they slightly deflated their footballs, and their sorry for it. Instead we get months of an obvious attempt to cover this up, to manipulate and thwart investigation of it, and another example of this organization's belief they can behave with impunity, and do whatever they want.
He's entirely lucky his suspension wasn't increased for outright lying through the entire process.
What a piece of shit.
A top 3 QB of all time for sure. An incredible, amazing QB. But a total scumbag.
