Kelly will be just the HC, which he is decent-to-good at, imo. The moment he figures he needs to adjust his "Chip system" to the pros and not the other way around, he might even become a really, really good coach.
It's Chip the GM that got in the way of Chip the coach, resulting in that dumpster-fire called the Philly Eagles. Not gonna be the case with 9ers.
