Sure they can, everything is possible.
But you cant say that he could become the best striker in Serie A just because he scored 5 goals against a Serie C2 (?) club.
oh no i was just talking about from his Palermo days, not from the match today. I was just blown away when he scored the brace against us. His first goal was the best i saw all season in Serie A, along with Del Piero's awesome free-kick against Roma.

Yes ... that was indeed a wonderful goal considering he is up against Legro, Chiellini and Buffon.

Belardi: 'Amauri Will Be Better And More Loyal Than Ibra'

Buffon’s understudy is sure of the Brazilian striker's quality with the season ahead in mind.

The five goals scored by Amauri in a friendly match yesterday have the Juve fans licking their lips.

Emanuele Belardi is one of those relishing the Brazilian striker playing for them.

"He has the right mix of talent and raw athletic power," he said,

The impressive display in the 40 minutes it took him to tear Mezzocorona apart has excited the keeper, who is perhaps feeling fortunate that he is on the same team as the deadly centre forward.

Belardi went on to make comparisons with a former Juventus striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and believes that the talented former Palermo man will be an important element for the bianconeri this season.

“I think that he will become an even better player then Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and above everything be more loyal [than the Swede],” he concluded, making it amply clear what his thoughts were.

With such high expectations, it will be interesting to follow the Amauri’s progress with the 'Old Lady’ this season. It will also be his first appearance in the Champions League.

Molinaro actually played well in the final part of the season for us. You never know, this guy might turn out to be a decent LB.
I believe he can be a good LB, but i have more faith in De Ceglie. I watched alot of Seina games last season and i thought he was a good LB. He is more offensively talented than he is defensivley so thats the only down side to it.

I prefer De Ceglie too, he is a lot more talented than Molinaro.

Like you said, he needs to be more disciplined defensively. He is excellent going forward. In a couple of years he could turn out to be one of Italy's best LB's IMO.
