Though Deschamps must be gutted for not being able to sign Amauri, it seems that Marseille are better off without a striker who has scored just 12 goals in 51 Serie A games since 2009

This player is a disgrace. Shameful and any other bad adjective to criticize you can think of, he deserves it.
Remove those 7 goals for Parma and you'll have yourself a player who scored 5 goals in 40 games for Juventus :D Marseille just dodged a bullet right there.
This thread just just be locked up until he leaves.
Dude is gonna pick up 3.5m in a year's time and leave on a free. End of story.
I hope to hell our fans voice their opinions when they see him, whether in training or on the pitch. Boo him until he leaves.

I bet his thinking to himself 'Hey, why should I leave now, when I can earn over 4 million a year here without doing anything and then when my contract expires next summer I would again be able to join Olympique Marseille (for example)'. :klin:

The next €4m a season player better be of Aguero caliber.

Imagine if we'd gone for any other main provincial striker, he'd have done better than Amauri; Cavani,Miccoloi,Gila you name it.

Pellissier :D

We'd have stood a chance of beating Chievo in the last few years too :D
TBH that would have been a way better spending of these 30 something millions. 5-10 points from Chievo is more than what this piece of shit did for us.
Forty games and FIVE goals that's just ain't right. This guy should be in top 3 in any Worst transfers ever list.
