At what cost would you be ok with Amauri?

  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + Giovinco

  • Nocerino + Almiron + Marchionni

  • Almiron + Marchionni + cash

  • Fuck no, don't want him at all

Oh and btw.Giovinco was always staying.Talk about hysterical fans.
Look, when one of the people on the board says that Giovinco could be loaned out, we have got to believe him. It's not about being hysterical, stop saying it, these morons are truly retarded.

What you're saying is an insult to the people who love this club and our youth products.

Maybe Palladino is getting sold and were keepig Iaquinta and adding Amauri. I think there is room for Del Piero, Trez, Iaquinta, and Amauri next season as we will be playing in three competions.
I don't know if we will be selling Iaquinta this summer if we get Amauri who doesn't even care about Juve but if we end up keeping him, he will be on the bench. Iaquinta wants to play and can you blame him? So he might end up leaving us next season.

But its not just one man that matters.People hate everyone on the board enough to blow something totally out of proportion. If its not Secco, its Blanc,if its not Blanc, its Ranieri.Nothing has been agreed with Palermo so far, thus Giovinco is still in line for a Juventus return next season.People take Flamini's heat out on Secco, which is completley unfair.Ranieri hasnt said that Giovinco's leaving,Secco, who does the transfers, has not said anything about Giovinco leaving either.Blanc alone does not matter. Most of the stuff that the media wrote about was from Palerom's end anyway...which is where everything started.People had started assuming that Giovinco was leaving even before Blanc's comment...all because of what Zamparini barked about. For crying out loud, people think that we'd give away Giovinco,De Ceglie AND Marchisio for Amauri. If this isnt hysteria, then i dont know what is.

I've only seen one game of his, against us, of course. My knowlegde of him is close to none. So, out of those combinations, which one would you think would be most effective and which one do you see Ranieri employing?
Depends on how quickly Amauri adapts and if Nedved will continue or if we get a Nedved replacement.

To be honest, I think Amauri-Del Piero would be the best combination, but I'd love to see the trident. Amauri is great in difficult and tight games, as he can make something happen on his own. DP and Trezeguet have their chemistry, but DP and Amauri win on pure talent.

The trident would be a great option if Nedved does retire or can't play too many matches anymore and we don't want to expose Giovinco too much.

Your bias towards him aside, do you see Ranieri sticking with DP-Trez for next season, using him as he did Iaquinta this season? Albeit with a lot more matches to come, if we sign Amauri, I think Iaquinta is a goner.
I see Ranieri playing DP-Trez very often still, but as you say, we'll have so much more matches next season, so Amauri will see a lot more playing time than Iaquinta did. Iaquinta made a difference everytime he came from the bench, but I see Amauri making a difference period.

10m+Nocerino and half of Lanzafame would be a very good deal. Lets tie this up.

And no one has said he wants Milan before us. He is prefering the team who pays him the most salary, as most players do (and it was rumoured Milan were more generous). And we will pay enough so he will probably come.

And why Palermo would accept this deal? They probably would want Nocerino quite badly (he looks quite average for a top team, but for a middle team, he can become a vital player), and Lanzafame too if he is so promising. Marzoratti is average and not much of an upgrade, and Abate is decent too, but they might prefer our youngsters.

    I agree.

I think it comes down to two conditions, which is why we won't know until this time next week.

    1. AC Milan's European status. If Amauri truly wants the CL experience, then he'll ditch the extra cash and come to Juve. If Milan eeks in, all bets are off. Milan's choke job might have saved Juve from having to sacrifice Giovinco on loan or co-ownership, as they now have a much better bargaining position.

    2. The packages. Is 10m + Nocerino + 1/2 of Lanzafame better than 15m + Abete + Marzoratti? Juve's youngsters are significantly better, but are they 5m euro better?

We say 3 but really its 2 as we could of went for the Coppa this year but our players were not interested in it.

Even Tiago and Almiron were uninterested and they needed to prove their worth.

The Coppa should be left to fringe players, though I would love for us to win it and get another star on our jersys.

i was just talking to my brother there and i had forgotten how many deals we had lost out on since Secco has taken charge.

Why does he persist to make deals public and then fanny about and let the price go up and/or someone swoop in.

we have had Milito, Amauri, Flamini and now Ujfalusi. Even to some extent we had problems with convincing Sissoko, we had to wait for him to get ignored at Liverpool before he would join us. And if the papers were true about Diego we failed to convince him when we met up with him recently.

Our board is like a Juve-repellent for our tranfer targets and its starting to really annoy me! Gigli saying that maybe Gio going out on loan would be ok is too much!
Thats exactly what I am speaking about.Lack of strategy and amateurs. How many times I pointed out here that no former general manager of Roland Garros tennis tournament- Blanc, nor former middle rated office rat manager in Fiat -Giggli,nor stupid loverboy Secco can run a giant club like our Juve. They are simply incompetent.Okay, this was a first year.Next year would be even worst if we do not find some real players.
The are simply timewasters. They can not compete with some big cats of world football.Arsenal is competing for Ben Arfa,Barca for Benzema,Milan for Eto and we,can not sign a fucking Amauri who is making fool of us.I just can not stand this any more.Fuck with Secco,Blanc and Giggli.Get rid of them and bring some real sporting managers.Othervise we will be maximum on fourth place forever and losers. These are facts ,these days you can not buy player for nothing, dickheads management.

    Amauri: I want Champs League

Palermo hitman Amauri has hinted that he will choose Juventus over Milan this summer due to his desire to play Champions League football.

The Brazilian star has long been a target for the Old Lady and is close to agreeing a Turin transfer, which will involve a part-exchange.

But there have been reports in Italy that Milan are ready to step in with a £15m cash bid to try and lure the former Chievo man.

“The Champions League is a crucial factor in my choice,” Amauri declared on Tgs Studio Sport.

“I repeat that everything will be sorted out after the game against Siena.

“I will discuss things with my agent and we will see what concrete solutions there really are.

“Milan are interested? Even if they don’t qualify for the Champions League, they are a great team.

“However, I think that it would be an important loss for Italian football if they were to fail to qualify because they have picked up great results in Europe.”

Amauri concluded by discussing the end of the current season with Palermo.

“Given the potential of this squad, we started the season aiming to finish fourth,” he explained.

“The season has been cursed and everything became more difficult. In any case, under Stefano Colantuono and Francesco Guidolin this unit has given a good response.”

why should he screw himself? This is a player who has no attachment to either Milan or Juve, so why shouldn't he take his time in choosing what is best for him? Juve did not make him into a star either, so why all the hate? Because he didn't say he wears Juve pajamas to sleep? Because he is looking out for his best interests? Do you think every player that joins us had Juve as his first choice destination? Get a grip mother fuckers.

oh and beside the money factor and CL, Amauri would have no trouble settling in Milan. He would be surrounded by his countrymen, and he would likely be 1st choice, where in Juve he would have to compete with Serie A's best attacking force. So why blame him if he thinks Milan would be a good choice?

Calling me motherfucker doesn't make you any better than that.
A player who's only looking for money and forhimself isn't worth buying.
That means he doesn't care who his teammates are, who his coach is, what his role is. He's only chasing his own goals, not the clubs goals.
Just like the fact that he wants to play for Italy NT, but if Brazil NT calls him he won't even think about Italy.

He's the kind of player that would've left Juve when we were demoted to Serie B. And everybody would hate him then.

In a ideal world, we wouldn't sign mercenaries.

Unfortunately, it is not realistic to build a top class team without them.
