Amauri Carvalho de Oliveira (47 Viewers)

At what cost would you be ok with Amauri?

  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + Giovinco

  • Nocerino + Almiron + Marchionni

  • Almiron + Marchionni + cash

  • Fuck no, don't want him at all

  • Almiron+cash

Nocerino's garbage

Garbage?
In the first half of the season he was very good.
And he is very young FGS.Give the guy one more chance!
What do you suggest? To sell him?
There is a very big chance that we will regret this.
Imagine him going to Fiorentina or Arsenal for example and play well.
I say, keep him for one more season and then we will see

To everyone who voted Almiron + cash...let me get this straight...Nocerino's garbage and no one would want him but Almiron is an offer Palermo can't refuse? It doesn't make sense.
There isn't an option Nocerino+cash.

No matter how bad Almiron played for us, his market price is still higher than Nocerino's one.
I'd like an option where we can give them one player and cash, as long as that player is one of Almiron, Marchionni, Nocerino (i doubt they'd want Molinaro, Salihamidzic or Andrade ).
Since i believe Almiron will lower the price more than the other two would, i chose him.
If Nocerino would lower the price more, then my choice would be Nocerino+cash.

The thing is that he wont go to Fiorentina nor Arsenal, he has stated many times now that he's dreaming of playing with Napoli.

Plus, he isn't special at all. If we will be scared for every single player we sell then we better keep them all. We sold Zidane....Nocerino is nothing special to keep him.

So do you think that he is one more Blasi?
With less than 1 season watching him?

I think watching him playing over 22games was enough for me to judge. The man can't pass....seriously.

I've supported him and I like his charachter as a player but he isn't that useful if you ask me.

Anyway, I'd rather keep Nocerino than add another striker that we don't really need.

The fucking board should trust Trezeguet, Del Piero and Iaquinta.....get Gio back and we're done upfront.

Well, his passing inability is shown only when he tries to do something difficult.
He just has to understand the limits of his ability.
I'm not happy with his performances, maybe you are right.
I simply say that we can give him a 2nd chance.
In the end his wages are not that high and he doesn't ask for playing time.

Just for the record, Amauri is similar to Iaquinta in many aspects.
He's also a fighter, annoying for the oposition defenders, and he's also very strong. He's not the most profilic striker, like Trez or RVN, but he's a tough guy who fights for every single ball (he fouls a lot in his attempts to take the ball from the oposition, though).

The greatest difference between the two is that Amauri has incredibile technique, typical for the Brasilians.

I don't agree with those who don't find him a very good buy for Juve. He looks like a team player who has the Juve fighting spirit.
I like that and i like how he produces a piece of magic from time to time.

We don't know exactly how well he will be settled in Juve.
Remember, Gila was awsome in Parma and he failed in Milan.
In the same time, Iaquinta is enjoying a very good year with us, and I can not find a reason why he won't have a good season again next year.
Maybe Amauri is a little better(as it seems in Palermo because we don't know how he will play in Juve if he comes) but IMO he is not such an improvement to excuse his price.
And in terms of attack we are well-covered to spend so much money for a player who won't improve us dramaticaly

I wasn't referring to myself. I believe in Nocerino and I hope he'll find his form again.

How is his value any higher? It should be about the same. Almiron played crap and he was loaned to Monaco, where he hasn't made a single appearense. At least Nocerino showed signs of something at one point. Nocerino also has the age advantage. Almiron's market value on paper has no weight.

All those players you mention are fine to trade off in an exchange deal or what not, but I really don't see why need another striker. We need a "directeur" to orchestrate the play, we also need a LB and a replacement to Neddy. Am I wrong?

His price is an obvious problem but we do need an attacker.
Del Piero getting a serious injury and we're left with Iaquinta and Trezeguet for the season.

It doesn't have to be Amauri but we do need a very good attacker because i don't think we're well covered to play CL and serie A and be successfull at it.

well, we could target Huntelaar, but I doubt that the current board is good enough to win the race for him:(

Is me the other guy?
My friend i'm not obseced with Del Piero.
I simply see that he is still very good.
We know that we don't have sooo much money for transfers, so I think that there are other priorities which are more serious than the attack.
We need defenders and attacking midfielders firstly.
