What i do not like is the buy back option, if he hits the home run madrid pay us for playing their man and developing their man for what, 10m? And if he flops we pay 20 mil for a flop? Why not include a clause that says they buy him back either way just to be fair.

Kinda yeah. Later the price is not set but RM have a right to match highest bid and then they can talk to the player. It doesn't hurt us so it's all good.
