The Allievi Nazionali put their recent difficulties behind them with a hard-fought 1-0 success over Siena at Juventus Center.
On paper, Ivano Della Morte’s side had a tough task on their hands. Bereft of confidence following a spell of defeats, they lined up against a Siena outfit sitting pretty in third place at the start of play.
But despite going down to ten men following Degrassi’s sending off, Juventus stood tall in the face of adversity and edged past their opponents through Gili’s first-half strike.
The young Bianconeri will be aiming to continue their revival when they travel to Genoa next Sunday.
