Massimiliano Allegri believes his Milan side will have to be at the top of their game if they are to stand any chance of emerging victorious from tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia quarter-final clash with Juventus.
Addressing the media from the club’s Milanello training complex, Allegri said: “Juventus Stadium is the most difficult place to win because Juventus are the strongest team in Italy. Conte’s doing a great job and deserves the praise he’s receiving.
“Last year they ended the championship unbeaten and have already taken 44 points from the first half of the season, so it’s difficult to find negative aspects.
“Last season’s Coppa Italia produced two good games and I hope it will be the same again tomorrow. We’ll require intensity and good technique if we want to get anything out of the game.”
