can you blame them? did you hate agnelli for selling zidane for a big fee too?
I won't blame a director for trying to get as much more possible for his players, but I can't help feeling satisfaction when I see a greedy bastard left emptyhanded.
Zidane was sold for big money, but he was the best player in the world at the time. His price wasn't really shocking or unrealistic.
Asking 25m for D'Agostino and refusing to sell him for 15 or asking 50m for Sanchez and refusing to sell him for 40 is just too much and I can't help hoping Pozzo's tactics to have the same success as they had with D'Agostino.
He refused 15, wanted 25 and ended up selling for 9 next year. I hope he refuses to sell Sanchez this summer and sells him for 17m next year.

Its the same thing with Inler. He's going to be ledt with two ummotivated players and little money for invest, net given his amateurish behaviour. Unethical almost.

i wouldn't be surprised if sanchez deals falls through entirely, Barca knows that sanchez is not a necessity, and wont be pushed any further on udinese's demands, considering their financial situation. They are more likely to want to sign fabregas for a lesser fee than sign sanchez.

50 million? Way to overrate your player. He only scored 12 goals last season, doesn't really make him worth 50 mill. He's good but Barca could for example spend their money on Hazard.

Pozzo might be wrong, but he's doing his fucking best to squeeze every last penny out of a buying team. Cherry on the cake :D

Zamparini must be raging that he isn't the centre of attention anymore, because he can sell Pastore "easy", but nobody has made an offer :howler:

I was thinking the same thing

I'm pretty sure that next season Udinese will be, an old Udinese we all used to see, and that means much lower value of their players. The D'agostino saga will repeat again most probably.

What a load of bullshit.
tbh i feel that both are the same. maybe Sanchez is stronger and Seria A player but Hazard is so useful for the team and i feel he will explode in a top team much more than Sanchez and it's like unleashing the dog on the field Hazard is a freakin' animal and he is younger. and btw it's not like comparing Sanchez to Elia or Drentha or even Bastos, Hazard and Sanchez are so close in ability. so i don't think that's load of bullshit.

Huge difference mate, Zidane at the time was the best player in the world. We didn't even need to overhype him.

Sanchez right now is a promising talent, there are "many" like him out there. Hazard IMO isn't much different (perhaps even better) than him yet we aren't hearing all that BS from Lille's president.

12 goals in total in his best season ever for udinese at the age of 22 already (he's not some 16-17 year old teenager anymore), Isn't something extraordinary.

And the comparison with the likes of C.Ronaldo is a Fuckin joke.

They are selling Sanchez in an inflated market, the price now is't because of how good he is but more because of the likes of ManCity and Chelsea whom throws the money around regardless the talent of the player. If these clubs we're as rich as they are now when we sold Zidane, Zidane would worth much much more.

Villas Boas wants him in Chelsea. Apparently Sanchez and Fernando are the two players he asked from Abramovich to be bought, with Sanchez being the prime target.
