Judging by the work Castagnini and his staff have done over the past years, it can't go any worse I guess. This team lacks young talents, the guy has to be an improvement somehow.

We knew after a short while that Secco was Sucko, we knew a long time ago that Ranieri wasn't the man to lead the team, or that Poulsen, Grosso, Cannavaro and other players was bad signings, or appointing Zach is a joke etc etc.
