Why is it everytime this issue comes up people start insulting each other on this forum?

People have different opinion some think that this board did a great job (being 2nd in the league and qualified for the next round of the CL) and others think that they've done a terrible job Both sides are right on some points.

Can't we respect other people's opinion even though we don't agree with them for a change?

I respect some of your posts but you are taking this too far away.You are too much focused on the bad things that happened.It's easy to say now that Almiron was a risky transfer.Why?Because he was fucking awsome at Empoli.Same thing you could say now about some other players...clubs gotta take the risk sometimes.We needed a defener and we bought Andrade,there was a risk but we didn't have any other choice I'm afraid.Real stole Pepe etc. He's pretty good,people predicted his injury but they didn't say it will be 1 year or so.
Criscito was overpayed?Maybe,but yet again back then he was one of the most promising youth players in Europe.

We should have kept Nocerino and Blasi?I hope you're joking.I think you're just trying to find some excus where we could have spent more money.Many people wanted Tiago,many.He was a good player.He had a poor start but he's good now.

We had many good transfers.

I also think Secco did some jobs wrong but not I'm not seeing it like you because you exaggerate too much.

I remember what you said less than two years ago...It was something like "this transfer(I don't remember who it was)will help us reach our goal (4-6 spot)".
Well then we did better than you expected but you complain way too much.

My point is,your posts would make much more sense IF we were 6th and not playing in CL.But,as you know,it's not like that.We are second in the League and we are still playing in CL.Inter is just too strong,look at their team.Even if we bought someone better we wouldn't be able to beat them just like that and you never know if they would choke or not.

Open your eyes...we are doing well.I'm not saying we are going to win everything this year but we can't do any better with our team.Now I'm going to sound like it's not me but look at our injured player,just look.Many of them are starters and we would do even better if we had Camo instead of the usless Marchionni.Or Trezeguet to rotate up front.

It passed less than two years since we came from Serie B and you can't expect us to do some major transfer moves.You just can't.

They said it will take us 5 years...not 2,to make some real changes and for us to get back on the top.I think we're making it and even better than they thought we would.
Next year we're buy Nedved's replacement and he will be great,I assure you.Probably some RB,not expensive or maybe even free like Eboue who can help us a lot.Who knows maybe someone else.Don't forget there's economic crisis so market won't be that big this year.

You got it all wrong, i never blamed Secco for our players performances, i do not consider this he responsibility. I do blame him for specific things and i am surprised you cant remember the extended argumentation i used even before the season started.
I blamed Secco's choices, i knew our fate was sealed from there and i do not expect us to win anything because of this, other ppl have used some decent irrelevant performances as counterarguments and they dragged me to overall performance and abilities discussion, only to reach where i started from the beginning of the season. The players we got are limited and unreliable, without potential, he had no vision, we did not respected our priorities, we took some wild risks and repeated the same mistakes. I have explain in great detail why any ore good/bad performances are irrelevant to the matter.
With the resources we spent, if we had vision and real 5 year plan, we would 2-3 more starters and by the time our champions will retire we wouldnt have been "naked". 2-3 more players like Amauri and Sissoko now, would have give us better chances. It is not Secco's fault if they will under or over-perform.
But it is his duty to provide us with the best possible solutions!
We will soon have to sell out 2 of Iaq, Almiron and Tiago, we have already made the first step of recognizing them as mistakes, acquiring players to replace their place in our squad, canceling the effects of their acquisition. And soon enough we will be forced to sell them for ridiculous sums. No one will ever give as back the wasted time and money Secco threw away like that for them...
