It's redundant playing with 2 DM's. Sissoko/Nocerino cover alot of ground and Zanetti is the anchor in front of the defence. We need to pair a more competent box to box type player with Sissoko/Zanetti/Nocerino. The link between midfield and attack would be much smoother and our football would improve.

As for Giovinco and any defensive problems b/c of his inclusion, a good lb would solve that problem.

if we don't bring in some world-class or proved players, our current squad will be put to shame in CL

I don't believe that all the squad is bad, but sure many players are not proper to play in CL. I think it's very dificult to buy proved players in one summer. It needs more than 2-3 years to do that with the current administration. I only hope in a respectably appearance to the next CL because we luck of European experience right now.

if we get De Ceglie, Giovinco and Marchisio back, I don't think we need that much to be a contender maybe a creative playmaker and a solid defender that is my view
I certainly wouldn't let any of them go for Amauri altough he would be a bomb next to Trez, that would do some serious damage

What???? if we want to play in the champions league next year we have to aim A LOT higher than that! The 3 players you mentioned are unproven and amauri is rubbish

I don't agree, we are in third with all these shitty players as people here seem to think add to this team a Diego and or Amauri along with the three players mentioned above and you have a contender in Italy and CL

we are 3rd in a weak league and we only had one competition to focus on while our rivals had 2. (I dont count the coppa) We are very lucky to be in 3rd and altohugh our boys have played well we have also been helped by milans collapse and fiorentinas inconsistency. If we want to compete on all fronts we will have to do a lot better than Amauri, who wouldnt even deserve the bench at Juve

we should at least enter First knockout round in CL.. i worry that we can't do it with the current squad. We need to add someone has CL experience...Kewell maybe a good options if he's free. Also, we must to add one creative midfielder to make chances for Trez. Otherwise, Trez will be invisible all the time.

No but Trez, DP, Iaquinta, Palla and hopefully Giovinco are who play in his position, why would we put amauri on the bench in place of a defender or a midfielder?? 3 strikers on the bench would be a ranieri type move

,,Reportedly Juventus sporting director Alessio Secco wanted to sell Giovinco, along with fellow youngsters Claudio Marchisio and Paolo De Ceglie, and was only stopped in his tracks when Coach Claudio Ranieri vetoed the deal.,,
