Secco made many wrong moves here and wasted a fair amount of money but it's kinda stupid to sack him now, or even better, only to sack him. Right now he's only the scrap goat, true.

After this transfer market it's not fair, club wanted to sign Melo and they agreed to pay his release clause and we got Diego. Most of the people were happy that we got Grosso *(not me) so it's was claimed to be a very good market for us.

Why sack him now and not one or two years ago? Blanc is the one who deserves the kick. And if they do sack Alessio, a couple of them should follow.

There is an ancient say:
"The fish starts rotting from its head".

To perma-fix our issues, we should first get rid of the ones responsible of hiring Secco and esp the ones responsible for keeping Secco all these years, despite the proof beyond doubt of his incompetence!

If they are not replaced, they will just bring a second Secco and so on...
This summer transfer window, was most successful one for Secco,
(except his continuous inability to sell anyone for a decent price)
It would be utter irony to have Secco sacked right now and one more proof of incompetence from our board...

Well, if we aren't buying anyone this winter what is the point in keeping him only to let him go in the summer or later on. He took us two years to get Diego, and by the looks of Diego's performances it would have been nice for Diego to have a year of Serie A under his belt. Melo for whatever reason is taking his good old time to settle in too. I find it hard to believe that a player that plays in the Brazilian national team is being lambasted as a failure when the team's chemistry as a whole is not even close to a stable chemical reaction.

Grosso was a waste IMO when we should have bough Kolarov before his value skyrocketed this season.
