I believe that if he was to go to another club and get to play regularly, a lot of members here would change their stance on him and wish he wouldn't have been sold, that he had stayed on at least as a back-up.

He's a very able striker. His stats prove it. There's a reason why Lazio and Milan want to sign him.

In my opinion, we should aim to have the following line-up next season: Llorente, Higuain, Matri, Vucinic, Giovinco.

Agreed, people talk as if he has done nothing for us.

He is not good enough to play reguarly for a club that wants to compete for the CL. People would change their views becaise he would be scoring more goals but only because he is playing every match. He is a very limited player in most areas besides finishing and positioning.

Quagliarella proved himself as a much better supersub this season.

Meh, it's either him or Quag that should make room for Llorente at this point.

If another striker comes in then both of Matri and Quag should leave. There too good to be 4/5th choice.

even when his stats in that chart shows a 1% better than quags, he is and will always be an easy tap in kind of striker. He is not there for anything else. We need more than that, and quags offers that.... and Llorente can potentially offer more than both. So..

Listen.. those clumsy-like strikers like Matri should be taken out to be sincere. Nowadays, get technical strikers or just get out.
There must be a minimum of technique in a player who's supposed to score the goals. 100% agree
