I wouldn't say so. For the kind of team and system Matri tries to comply to, he is doing well enough to warrant more than a failed comparison to Gomez. In fact I'd go as far as saying Matri would look just as dangerous as Gomez if not more, playing in the German league for a team that has Ribery and Robben giving him the kind of support Pepe never could.

Ribbery+Gomez+Robben are classes above Vucinic+Matri+Pepe, but surely is the last person we should worry about if we want to ever reach that level, ever again, its the mediocre compromises we made elsewhere that keep us back...

Put Matri in front of Robben and Ribery and against those lame Bundesliga defenses, and you got yourself 50 goals a season.
OMG!!! Thats what i've been saying to all these people. I did write clearly in my previous post but many of the people here seem to not be able to interpret symbols such as " > < = " Gomez looks greater and better than Matri only cause Ribery and Robben are better than Vucinic and Pepe.....
