I don't know what it is about that Gomez but he pisses me off. As a player I honestly hate him. I can agree that he is a class above Matri in the finishing department and is more consistent but most of his goals are redirected shots that land right at his foot or be bounds and seem to land perfectly at his feet. I know this is my opinion but he seems to be in the right place and the right time freakishly a lot. But he scores consistently and Matri doesn't. Gomez does however benefit greatly from the content outside shots coming in from the likes or Ribery robben muller shweiny etc.

I think it's because Gomez just has one of those annoying noggins, the type that you look at and feel like punching but you're not quite sure why.

Gomez is light years ahead of Matri. He has great ball skills for his size and can score from anywhere in any sort of position.
