That as a banner? I think every player has one.

They even used some for Molinaro and every club uses those, let's not exaggerate now.

And that average player is one of our best performers since he came, gave us many points.

It's OK to admit it. Just because you were wrong doesn't make you any less of a fan.
I was going to let the hilarious self back-patting in the other thread go, but fucking hell, you take this seriously don't you?

Being right on an internet forum, my goal in life  Obviously one would have to be right all the time or they would lose their righteous internet mystique, it's a tricky business. I envy those who can pull it off.

It's pretty obvious Delneri is no Mourinho but it's not really my style to bitch and moan through every thread, all season, and revel in it. I think this season could have gone another way, but ultimately if you go with a lower grade there is a good chance when the going gets tough you will struggle. Evidently it's very, very wrong to hope for something a bit better, and in future if there are some choices that are not popular we should bunch together, heighten them and point them out at every given opportunity.

PS, congratulations on being right

Indeed. As you've said yourself, lots of fans tend to go overboard with criticism, especially some Italian Juve fans. You're just trying to balance them out, aren't you.

It's not about being right. If everybody didn't put up with this nonsense and used their brains instead of hopes and dreams to evaluate our position as a club, perhaps we'd be in better shape right now.

Hope is for suckers. You can't hope your way to success.

I think you overestimate your importance, we are football supporters. Football supporters cheer when the team is doing well and complain when it isn't. Unless you are a shareholder, at a club like Juventus you have no say in decision making.

Mostly true, despite being a defeatist attitude. But at the very least, having a club full of unhappy supporters will spur on changes more quickly than otherwise. In this case, that's a good thing.

On the basis of sticking to your guns, though, nobody should support a crew of individuals one doesn't agree with, even if they "love" your establishment.

You go too much into it. You believe he was the right option because none better was available.

Well, no, there were options but we took the wrong one.
Not true at all, don't put words in my mouth. We could have gone for several other coaches. I know why we went with the Marotta-Delneri duo but that matters not now. We either stick with it or we start another plan, there is no quick fix. There isn't anyone coming in to throw €100m at us and we are contesting with others for 3-4 talented and realistic coaches, as well as players who fall into the same category.

Yeah great. Lets stick with the plan and not moan and live happily with this mediocre team for the rest of our lives. Good plan!

Hey, shit happens.
