Beppe Marotta says Aleksandr Golovin 'is more than just a possibility for Juventus’ but 'we’re still far away’ for Matteo Darmian.
Golovin has been likened to Pjanic in playing style, with the Russian described 'better’ than the reported Barcelona target, but Marotta suggested Juve could have both midfielders on their books next season.
“Golovin? It’s more than just a possibility. We haven’t received any offers for Pjanic,” he told Corriere dello Sport.
On the other hand, the Bianconeri general manager was less optimistic about a deal for the Manchester United full-back.
“Darmian? We’re still far away,” he concluded.

Just gone through soem reports and videos on this kid. Although limited material, I'm hyped. The kid can dribble, distribute, shoot, create chances, drive the ball forward, tackle, great stamina and is a ball winner.
The kid seems liek the complete midfielder bar a great physique. Him in a left midfield role makes me a bit horny. But he can play any role in a 2- or 3-man midfield. Au revoir Blaise.

Not happening, unless Marotta found a way to steal all that Jew gold in Fort Knox.
The arrival of Can makes it much less likely, as Pogba - Can - SMS doesn't have a playmaker. SMS recently said he will become one... Golovin/Bentacur could be the missing piece in such a midfield. I think this will be the best midfield in the world for some time too.
Another way of looking at it is how should we use our wages. 3 WC players for 3 positions @~7m, or 4 Top players @~5m. Given the amount of sales we are speculating about (basically everyone) anything is possible.
