different position, free transfer, world class season the year before and not benched because of ability but because of him choosing juve... if you don´t see the difference there is no point in arguing tbh ^^

He had one good season so that makes him world class? He wanted Juve before the money, the money was just a way to make sure he would come. Also he was free and how is 2-3m for Kolarov alot?

Actually I dont mind at all if this deal goes through. It seems that all of Isla, De Ceglie and Ziegler are not in Conte`s plans and most likely all 3 of them will soon be gone - I`m more than ok with that and if the Great Man manages to get 12mln or even more for them - thats another good piece of business... With them gone, bringing a quality player in that position wont be a bad idea.
Kolarov needs a change, he is wasted in Manchester, his best games and seasons were in Serie A, its only logical for him to come back. If he does agree to join us with reduced wages and with the numbers that are mentioned in the papers (1,5 mil for a year loan with 5,5 to make it permanent), then that would be another score for Beppe.
Now I like Jack and I`m fine with having Peluso as back-up, but the serb is a better player than both when on form, which I believe he`ll regain with us. Not so long ago we had a very decent goalkeeper like Maninger as a 3rd choice GK in our squad, I dont see why we cant have Peluso/Giacch as a 3rd choice LWB, with both of them capable of covering other positions too..

are we linked to any RB/RWB besides zuniga (who we don´t seem to get)?
right now it looks like we will end up with asamoah, kolarov, giaccherini and peluso for LWB/LB. ogbonna can play LB as well.
i know asamoah and giaccherini can play CM as well and peluso also is a CB backup but still we look kinda stacked on the left while we will probably sell padoin and isla which leaves us with lichtsteiner and maybe cacers on the right ^^

forgot pepe for RWB...

    why forget Pepe?

    RWB/RB: Licht, Pepe, Caceres
    LWB/LB: Kolarov, Asamoah, Giaccherini

seems alright to me, maybe a bit more depth at RWB would be better but meh.

i wrote "forgot pepe" not "forget" :). after remembering him i feel much more comfortable about our right side. still a little shallow but ok imo.

well i should have put an "I" before it, then it would have been clear :D

i just wrote down our most likely (according to media reports) squad and almost fainted:

    GK: buffon, storari, rubinho
    LWB: asamoah, kolarov
    RWB: lichtsteiner, pepe
CB: chiellini, barzagli, bonucci, caceres, ogbonna, peluso
CM: vidal, pirlo, marchisio, pogba, giaccherini
    ST: tevez, llorente, jovetic, giovinco

not down to personal preference but media reports. e.g. a vucinic sale looks more likely right now than a giovinco sale.
furthermore i only considered the 352 and several players are missing. 5th striker for example and some allrounders (like padoin?) but i can´t stop fapping...
