I mean, at least you got his name right - it's still an insult though.
It's a joke. Tough crowd.

The emphasis on his physical and lack of technical abilities made me think of The Swiss Express. He didn't have much technical abilities either but what a legend. Also exactly that toughness and filth is exactly what we're missing.

He carries himself well, some players you see with slumped shoulders, head tilted, Costa keeps his head up straight, while looking forward. I've got good vibes about this guy. He's gonna turn out really good, if we learn to use him well. He's biggest weakness is one on one defensively and general lack of football brain, but otherwise he offers plenty of good. I'm actually excited to see more of him.

Words from Alberto Costa’s First Coach

“I watched the match against Verona, hoping to see Alberto play,” he said. “Luckily, he got the chance to be on the pitch for a few minutes. I think he started well, had a good opportunity right at the beginning, and I believe that helped him settle in. I didn’t see him nervous or anxious. He integrated well into the game and was very involved in attacking moves. I really liked his performance, and I think he showed that he can be an important player.”

- Have you spoken to him recently?
“I haven’t talked to him, but I think he has already adapted to the club and the city. Thiago Motta is a smart and experienced coach; I believe he understood the background Alberto came from and gave him the necessary time to adjust. It’s not easy for a new player like him, coming from a club like Vitória, to arrive at Juventus and play immediately. He was coming from a league with a different style of play and, of course, different ambitions. Juventus has to win every match. There’s very little room for error, which increases the pressure on players. But Alberto is an incredible worker, very focused and determined. He has already fully adapted and will continue to showcase his qualities.”

- What does his family think about his move to Italy?
“His family is already with him, and that helps him a lot, giving him even more stability.”

- What do you think his ambitions are for the near future?
“For the near future, I think he just wants to play as much as possible and make the most of this opportunity. As I said, he is very determined and will do his best to prove that signing him was a good bet for Juventus. Alberto is an incredible guy, and I’m sure he has a great future ahead of him.”

He's super athletic. If Weah can improve from being a glorified track athelete to a proper footballer, I have faith that he can too. Just need to make sure he has the right mindset to do that.
