I agree that what comes first and foremost is holding your shape, sticking to your structure and covering the opponent. But eventually, after all that you have to physically take the ball off the opponent and that will happen with good tackling.
TBH there's nothing really new in that video. His agent says Liverpool wanted Aquilani to get some first team action. He also says this wasn't being prepared a long time ago and that it happened pretty quickly. Juventus are paying his wages.

It's good to see that Dominic is also with the gang that are calling for a team without destroyers. The fact that we are playing a flat 4-4-2 where the wingers have defensive duties makes the presence of destroyers useless and at the same time offering less.
