i wouldn't go that far but for me de niro has much more class whenever he steps into a role. if pacino had more performances like michael corleone then i would say eh was the better actor but tbh he has become over-reliant on the over the top performances that eh is prone to. tough call between them but i still feel de niro edges it



though i think you could now throw daniel day lewis into the ring, he has started making movies a bit more regularly now and is always incredible
